Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Your Dermanesse Professional Microdermabrasion System is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days, no questions asked Please call or contact us for prior approval and a return address. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given to your credit card.after the product is returned. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty (30) days. Please do not return used sponges.

U.S. & Canadian Shipping Only

We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the next Monday. Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured. We prefer to use UPS, though sometimes may use Fedex or Priority Mail. UPS & Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders: We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our green philosophy, we try to use recycled boxes and mailing supplies as much as possible.

The Information We Need to Process Your Order
You explicitly provide information via:
	New Account Form or Contact with Customer Service
	To process your order, we require your name, phone number, billing address, email address, shipping address and credit card information. We only use this information to create your account and/or to process your order. If any questions arise about your order we will contact you first by email and then, if necessary, by phone. We share only necessary information with the third parties that are involved in the order process, such as the financial institution that issued your credit card, the shipping carrier and Dermanesse customer service representatives. (NOTE: We would be obligated to disclose individual personal information if subpoenaed or ordered by a court of law.)
We Automatically Collect:
	Shopper ID
	Upon visiting our site, we automatically assigne you a unique Shopper ID in the form of a cookie. We use this ID to keep track of your shopping cart during your visit. After you complete the registration process, a Welcome e-mail is sent to you with your aaigned ID and password. You can login to check your membership information, change passwords, edit your address, etc.
	Internet Protocol (IP) Address
	We record your IP address each time you visit Dermanesse.com, dermanesse.com or any of our related websites. Recording IP addresses helps us determine usage and traffic patterns. Surveys From time to time our site requests information from you via surveys. Participation in a survey is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and customer satisfaction of our site. Log Files Dermanesse uses our Web server log files to help track the performance of our site.
